Owner's Description

My Comic Shop Purchase July 2018. Tied with two others for HIGHEST GRADED (9.8) on the CGC census. As with most of the books in this range, I missed out on another copy in the April 2017 CL auction.

This is Green Arrow's final appearance in the title. In the story, Batman convinces Green Arrow to dress up as Robin Hood for a party. Doesn't he do that already?
