Owner's Description

I started collecting CGC WWT in 2015, but I read the crap out them in the 70s. WWT is one of my favorite Sci-Fi/Horror comics of all time. Yes, they are reprints, but I Love Em!! Marvel had great stories from the 40s, 50s and 60s that us slightly younger readers discovered in the 70s through WWT. WWT1 has my favorite story with "The Thing that Devoured a Planet". WWT1 is easy to find in any grade except 9.8...It took me years to find a WWT1 9.8, so if you find one...be prepared to pay a premium. I'm glad to see more WWT registry sets popping up, and I hope the trend continues. WWT1 is a Key issue, but not the rarest. WWT12 is the rarest on census and the WWT15 30 cent price variant is the King of Rarity Keys!! If you look on Ebay, there are alot of WWT raw issues floating around, but few above VF. I've seen higher grade CGC WWT issues graded within the last 2 years, so someone is finding them. These are Bronze Age Gems!!
