Ebay win - July 2018. This book, unlike all the others around it, was not available in that April 2017 CL auction, so I didn't miss out! I still had to pay about the same amount as I did for the #187 & #188, but that's life. This book has many more books certified than part one of the story, with this book tied with eight others for HIGHEST GRADED on the census.
This is the conclusion of the two part story with Batman and Thorn (Rose Forrest) going up against Neo-Nazis.
We also get another backup story with Nemesis.
