Owner's Description

I am still not sure what to think about some of the earlier Wonder Woman covers. Issue #20, in which WW tangles with Red Beard, is not one of my favorites, but my son quite liked it, so we purchased it when it was going for a low price, considering its rarity, in the 4/30/2020 Heritage auction. It is one of three 9.4s in the census trailing a lone 9.6.

Update: Once again, the Promise Collection copy graded 9.8, knocking our book down to third highest graded.
