Bedrock City Comics purchase - July 2018. Anytime you have a B&B issue in the #1-24 range that is at CGC 9.0 or above, that is an extremely exceptional and rare commodity! Such is the case with this book, representing the SINGLE HIGHEST GRADED copy on the census of 35 (and well ahead of six books graded at 8.5). This is the first cover in the series NOT done by Irv Novick, with Joe Kurbert taking the reigns this time around.
