Owner's Description
THE BIG DIPPER COLLECTION - A comic book collection began in 1964 by The Owner with a comic book given to him by his Military father bought from the Elmendorf PX (Post Exchange) in Anchorage, Alaska. The Land of the Midnight Sun and the state with the Big Dipper star constellation on it's flag as a symbol of strength. The Owner's collecting prowess increased when he met his "Big Brother" by divine intervention in the early 70's.
The Big Dipper Collection consists of 600 CGC Graded Marvel & DC Comic Books predominately from the Silver Age. The Owner began collecting comics earnestly in the early 70's and amassed a large collection of comics. Much of the original collection was sold off throughout the years. This reincarnation of THE BIG DIPPER COLLECTION was born from 12 graded comics that The Owner submitted to CGC in 2019 and received back in 2020.
THE BIG DIPPER COLLECTION represents The Owner's return to the wonderful world of comic book collecting!
