Issue #52 is a Marvel key like Issue #48, in that it features the first appearance of the Black Panther (T'Challa). The Inhumans also make an appearance in this issue. Our 9.6 comes from the Pacific Coast Collection. I wish I could also say it’s highest graded, but there are currently five 9.8s topping the census. This book got very expensive with the announcement of the movie, with 9.8s peaking close to $100,000, but has since been coming down in value. Who knows where it goes with another Black Panther movie on its way, although the unexpected death of Chadwick Boseman may affect that franchise. My guess is that this book has seen its highs.
