Owner's Description

Issue #50 has become one of the most coveted Spidey issues. It features the first appearance of Kingpin, Wilson Fisk, as well as a retelling of the Origin of Spider-Man. Strangely enough, it also features cameos by Johnny Carson and Ed McMahon.

High grade copies of this issue have skyrocketed in value in recent years. Our WP 9.6 is tied for second highest graded, but was still very expensive. We acquired the book from the 1/14/2021 Heritage Auction.
