Collecting Fantastic Four and Spider-Man are a bit like collecting silver dollars. Some are worth a lot because of the collectors value, others are worth the weight in Silver regardless of the collection interest. Fantastic Four has a massive following. I have always said that if you are a completest, you will need the 30-35 cent variants to complete your collection. These copies are not super rare, but in combination with huge collector interest they can be expensive, especially in high grade.
This is one of the tougher FFs. I'll call it 5 out of 10.
