Our 9.6 is tied with several others for second highest graded trailing a single 9.8 in the census. We acquired the book from Worldwide Comics in March 2021.
2023 Update: there has been an explosion of high grade early Teen Titans books latterly and this issue is no exception as there are now two 9.8s in the census. Maybe we will be lucky enough to grab one soon.
