This is a very underrated book, as this book does not show up all the time on the internet and not in a nicer grade when it does. Only 2 cgc 8.5's have been graded to date. Most of the best possible graded condition copies have been thought to have been sent in. Remember the grade quality of the book based on cgc's grading system. They are considered a third party grading company based on the same tier as Beckett or psa grading companies in the the sports collectible world of sports cards.
