Synopsis:
Stormshadow, the renegade ninja neither the Joes, nor Cobra, could stop, returns! Plus: Serpentor and Cobra Commander become locked in a fight to the death for control of Cobra Island! Serpentor returns to Cobra Island a hero, and is despised by Cobra Commander. The Commander tries to have him killed, and Serpentor turns it to his own benefit, twice. Storm Shadow, in The Pit, talks with Snake-Eyes about his recent transformation. Snake-Eyes forgives him and gives him the keys to his place up in the High Sierras.
