Synopsis:
Billy has a new leg thanks to Fred VII and Cobra Commander has his new battle armor suit. Raptor uses his trained hawks and accounting skills to find a group of Joes that are testing gear in Colorado. Billy is slowly remembering things including his training with Storm Shadow and is introduced to the Blind Master and Jinx.
