Summary: The issue begins with Cap and Falcon clearing the estate of Mason Harding inventor of the MadBomb. Falcon saves Cap from an exploding car that was setup to kill him. Harding agrees to help Cap and gives him a miniature MadBomb that will make him immune from its effects. The issue ends with the Elites ordering the activation of "Big Daddy" MadBomb.
