Owner's Description

Bought this as a kid at a comic show for $50 in the early 90's. The guy I bought it from assured me that it was a 9.8 but I guess moving around with it for 30 years as a raw book before I got it slabbed took it down to a 9.6. Probably my favorite Spidey cover of all time!
