Owner's Description

I always felt that Justice League America 69 was a slightly disparate book from the rest of this set so it was really fun when I originally added this second printing; I've since also managed to get the third and fourth printings in 9.8 and you can check them out in their slots. I like the choice of the characters being over a solid background on this book. I also think this is a book where the varied title colors on the four printings really stand out nicely.

I grabbed this book off of eBay for $149.00.

The second image is of a print I have that was put out by Clampett Studios in 2003. The image was drawn by Bruce Timm and then painted by Alex Ross. The print is signed by both artists, and my piece is 29 of 250. I really wanted to work this piece somewhere into this set and this seemed like a good place for it. I always comment on how cool it is that the various printings from this set have different title colors; the second printing of this book uses yellow in the title and I think this print goes well with it. The Justice League line-up is quite different in this book than in the print/cartoon. Both are very cool!
