My Comicshop purchase - September 2022. With the acquisition of this issue, I now have 9.8's of all issues from 161 through 200. This one took a while - I do have a raw copy or two that might be a 9.8, but I never have bothered to get them certified. This one popped up and I decided it was just easier this way. This was the fifth and final appearance of The Spectre in the series (the first appearance opposite The Flash, the final four with Batman).
