Owner's Description

Issue #19 features appearances by the Human Torch, the Sandman and the Enforcers. For whatever reason, high grade examples of the issue are relatively plentiful with a single 9.9 and a dozen 9.8s topping the census. We acquired our 9.8 from the 12/8/2021 CL auction.
