Owner's Description

This is one of my favorite covers from the early issues with the evil Mr. Burns lurking on the horizon. It sorta looks like a homage to something but I haven’t figured out what yet.

Has a nice sketch of Burns by Bill Morrison which he did at the 2022 Baltimore Comic-Con. Thanks to Rich Henn for facilitating!
