Owner's Description

This was a tricky one to track down because of the details on the cover. I only purchased two raw copies of this book. I originally submitted this copy to CGC in May 2020 and I got a 9.8 under cert #2122602004. I cracked the slab open in June 2023 to get signed by Greg Hildebrandt at Garden State Comic Fest. Greg and his wife were very nice. He was very strategic about his signature location. Thankfully it came back intact at a 9.8. Very proud about the progression this book has gone through.
