9.8 Qualified Grade (with C.O.A. from Mike Mayhew Studios), Autographed in beige Marker along spine by Mike Mayhew.

Signed by Mike Mayhew, and purchased directly from Mayhew Studios with C.O.A. for Signature from Mayhew Studios.

C.O.A. was submitted along with book for grading, but because the CGC did not witness the signature taking place themselves, I could not get the Yellow, "Signature Series" label.
