Synopsis:
Zartan realizes that the helicopter he's flying is running low on fuel. He wakes up Destro, who agrees to pilot the helicopter low over a train's tank car, allowing Zartan to jump onto the tank car to refuel. Despite Destro's displeasure at being taken away from Baroness, Billy assures him that it was necessary to avoid being killed by Cobra Commander. Meanwhile, Chuckles offers his help to Destro "off the record."
The Joes are sifting through the remains of Destro's castle and Lady Jaye comments that Cobra Commander will most likely hunt Destro down and kill him. Hawk thinks that there may be an open contract on Destro's head, and sends Snake Eyes to protect him. Cobra Commander then puts a $20 million bounty on Destro's head, leading several groups, such as the Night Creepers and the Corsican Brotherhood, to try to claim the reward.
Chuckles lands the helicopter in France and trades it for cash and a car. However, the auto dealer reports to the Beirut Terrorist Front (BTF) that he has seen Destro. In New York, Storm Shadow's training of the Ninja Force is interrupted by a distress call from Snake Eyes, leading him to take Ninja Force to Beirut to help protect Destro.
Finally, Chuckles parks the car in front of a bar where the Corsican Brotherhood is located, leading the BTF to attack the bar with the information provided by the auto dealer. Zartan, Destro, Billy, and Chuckles watch from a nearby boat, but the boat is attacked by a helicopter full of Night Creepers. Nevertheless, they manage to defeat the Night Creepers.
