Ebay auction win - January 2024. This copy is currently tied with four others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC Census.
This is the first of a two-parter story which features, in addition to Batman, Green Arrow, Atom, Two-Face and the Joker (quite a star-studded issue).
The storyline for this issue involves a "cursed" statue that Oliver Queen "buys" from some guy on his deathbed. The statue rightfully belongs to the fictional country Pathanistan as it is a part of their history...not that Oilver Queen gives a crap about that. The events unfold whereby a number of parties, Oliver, the country of Pathanistan and the Joker/Two-Face are all trying to aquire this statue...which as I said earlier...is supposedly cursed. The issue ends with Green Arrow and the Atom either having to try and save Batman's life or go after the statue...which choice will they make?
