Synopsis:
Clutch and his team complete a successful training mission, and Clutch is rewarded with furlough papers. He travels to New Jersey to visit his friend Billy, who works for a car company. However, when Clutch overhears Billy talking angrily on the phone and follows him to a top-secret room, he discovers that Billy is working with Cobra. Clutch is captured and used as a test subject for Cobra's new jetpack technology, but he manages to escape and rescues Billy's family. The Joes arrive and shut down the Cobra operation, and Billy thanks Clutch for his help.
The story features action and suspense, with Clutch showing his bravery and quick thinking as he fights off Cobra troops and saves Billy's family. The theme of loyalty is also explored, as Clutch believes that Billy is being forced to work with Cobra rather than willingly betraying his friend. Overall, the story shows the strength of the Joe team and their determination to stop Cobra's evil plans.
