Beyond my wildest dreams... or because of them. I was thinking a 9.4, but fortunately CGC disagreed with me. At times I feel that there are some 9.6's are so much more beautiful then a 9.8. As I look over the book in its case I try to inform myself what could be manufacturing and what could be damage.
I believe that with every book I get CGC to grade I learn more... I may not always agree with them, but it helps me decide what to send and what not to send. of course on some I just give up...and either get lucky...or maybe I just grade more harshly.
This book was witnessed but the person that stranded in line with me was Lisa, a woman that knew nothing about comic books and eventually would say yes to a very pivotal question. Would she go with me to Baltimore next year? OK... the real question happened months later and had nothing to do with comic books.
Eventually I will get the rest of this series using my original copies...but I will say none will grade as high as this.
