Cyberdata continues it's pursuit of Velocity (Carin Taylor). On the first page we see Ballistic and her team of S.H.O.Cs cornering a fallen Carin and get our first glimpse of the deadly cybernetic female Killjoy, the electromagnetic Megawatt, the massive armor saw wielding killer Buzz cut, and the plasma energy dispersing Psychotron. Carin continues to be on the run when CyberForce interrupts Ballistic's abduction of the young mutant. After a 9 page battle (including 3 double page spreads) we see Stryker come face to face with Ballistic and they discuss Carin's future as a free mutant or being taken prisoner by Carin and Cyberdata. Stryker insists that Carin make her own choice when he is blindsided by Megawatt, knocking him out. Heatwave swoops in and gets Carin away. She realizes that CyberForce is working together and willing to treat her like a family. She goes grocery shopping with Timmie when she is attacked by a two headed "hulking" mutant (one of which is a skinhead with a Nazi symbol on his face). Timmie & Carin are kidnapped by them in a van that is speeding along the highway when the van is attacked by Wyldfyre concluding with a hint of Image Comics' Pitt appearing in the next issue.
