Owner's Description
Painted cover by Rudy Nappi. Stories by Al Feldstein, John Larner, Kris Daniels, and Jack Oleck. Art by Reed Crandall, Graham Ingels, Jack Kamen, and George Evans. Part of EC's Picto-Fiction line, published in response to the Comics Code, featuring crime tales in text stories copiously illustrated by EC's lineup of artists. This issue's print run was mostly destroyed due to EC budget shortfalls, with only 100-200 copies surviving, making this perhaps the rarest EC publication. Henrietta comes up with a theory of a neighbor's murder that is so plausible, it's deadly. A reporter makes a foolhardy bet with police to spend the night in a wax museum while a homicidal maniac is on the loose. Laura's dissipated life is so miserable she finally sees a psychiatrist. Curiosity Killed; The Demon; Sin Doll; One Mans Meat. 8 1/2-in. x 11-in., 56 pages,
