This issued depicted an intermediate surface inhabited by Ugnaughts on the planet Bespin. Over the years, the intermediate surface led to questions because Bespin is a gas planet (a bit like Jupiter of our solar system - but much calmer). A gas planet would not have a solid surface. This was why fans have considered the Ugnaughts to be on an intermediate and maybe even another artificial surface (such as Cloud City but not as nice). :)
