Writer: Roy Richardson, Penciller: David Mazzucchelli, Inker: Tom Palmer, Cover Artist: Tom Palmer and Roy Richardson.

Signed by Tom Palmer on 9/5/14 at Baltimore Comic Con.

This issue may be the 1st published comic featuring art by David Mazzucchelli who later became known for: Batman Year One, Daredevil Born Again and independent comics such as Rubber Blanket. Cover art was by Roy Richardson and Tom Palmer.

Of interest, this particular issue was very difficult to find in high grade due to its black cover.
