Owner's Description

Star Wars 107: All Together Now.

This issue was written by Mary Jo Duffy with interior art by Cynthia Martin and Whilce Portacio. The cover was illustrated by Cynthia Martin and Josef Rubinstein.

Signed by Peter Mayhew on 3/18/11 at the Toronto Comic Con of 2011

This was the final issue of the original Star Wars Marvel Comics run.

This issue has an interesting history as it had a different story from what was originally solicited. From about Star Wars issue 91, Mary Jo Duffy began introducing a species known as the Nagai. They were from the planet Nagi, which was in the Unknown Regions, located in a dwarf galaxy. The Nagai invasion ramped up with issue 100 and was likely going to be a long conflict taking place over the year following Return of the Jedi of the original Expanded Universe. However, issue 107 was more of a rushed story resolution.

Marvel reprinted issue 107 as a True Believers reprint in 2019. This was a lead-in to the new special issue 108 for May 2019. One of my friends familiar with the current Star Wars Canon was really confused by the new reprint of this issue. He thought the Hoojibs (small telepaths) were Porgs and that the Nagai were the Chiss (like Grand Admiral Thrawn).
