Purchased ungraded for $100. Was supposed to be fully restored (to around a 7.0) by Mike at Hero Restoration, but was one of the books he utterly butchered during the entire scandal with his business. I was lucky to get it back, albeit in incomplete pieces, and had another pro put what was left back together.
