After months of unemployment, Peter accepts Norah Winter’s job offer of working at Threats ‘N Menaces (TNM). Norah presents him a new suit with augmented surveillance technology to record Spidey's POV which she will use to generate buzz with viewers wanting first-person battle footage.

New Suit - TNM:
TNM designed this suit for Spider-Man in exchange for them broadcasting his exploits practically live. It's a grey/white and blue suit, with glowing yellow lines extending from the logo and on the Web-Shooters and eyes. The suit augmented its user's speed and strength, surveillance that sent the point of view to J. Jonah Jameson's computer. It has holographic capabilities that can be controlled remotely, the Web-Shooters had an added two ports of exit and is made of Unstable Molecules.
