How is Spidey supposed to keep up with Quicksilver?

What a cool Romita cover on this issue, just look at the sig location! It's always great when you get multiple versions of a character on a cover, and this era had the coolest colors - which stand out on this OW-WH page copy. I was lucky to get this graded copy with the custom label too!
