This is an interesting book because it's sort of an epilogue to the Champions series that ended, oddly enough, with issue #17. So because of that we get cameos by the Black Widow, Darkstar, Ghost Rider, and Hercules to recap the events of Champions #17. So who is the villain? Here's a hint - it's another member of that team!
