Owner's Description

The Black Cat thinks she's feeling good enough to get back out and fight crime with her lover, the spectacular Spider-Man, but he's not so sure. However he knows it can't stop her, so he's willing to give it a shot - what can go wrong? Well, how about running into Cobra & Hyde, because that'll ruin your whole day - or life! The Cat screws up, lets Cobra escape, and Peter is not happy. All of this leads into the next few issues and beyond where the Black Cat goes on a powers search, where she gets them from, and how it affects their relationship.

This killer run of the last 25 or so issues of the first 100 have fantastic covers, but this one isn't one of my favorites. I barely saw Cobra on the upper left and I didn't immediately realize that the madman was Hyde . I do dig the coloring with the blues and purples, just a bit of the layout leaves me wanting a bit more. Can't love them all, but I love the story!
