This is it. As the cover correctly states - the final battle!!! The splash page of the last issue directly leads us into this issue and it's a knock down, bare-knuckle, no-holds barred battle to the end between Spidey and Doc Ock! It's the final chapter of the Gang War / Ock battle and it does not disappoint.

Also notice that the Punisher has been popping up lately. I wonder what that's all about... Milgrom and before him Mantlo did a great job of storytelling and foreshadowing at the same time.
