Synopsis:
Snake-Eyes parachuting into Borovia, where an uprising is in progress. The resistance leader, Metz, is giving a speech when the Lower Borovian Security Police prepare to shoot him down. Snake-Eyes jumps in the window and kills all the police officers, throwing some of the bodies out of the window. Metz and the Upper Borovian revolutionaries rush to help, only to find the room empty. Snake-Eyes is the mystery benefactor who saved them all.
In America, Scarlett wakes up and asks for Snake-Eyes, but her sister Sioban had him barred from the hospital when he tried to stop her from disconnecting Scarlett's life support. Scarlett accuses Sioban of being motivated by greed for their family home in Atlanta. She tells her sister that she would have signed it over to her if she had wanted it that badly. Sioban leaves the room crying.
At Rhein-Main AFB in Frankfurt, Stalker and Storm Shadow are ambushed by Military Police, who inform them that the U.S. government doesn't want George Strawhacker to come home, so they sent a freelance hitman after Snake-Eyes. Meanwhile, in Borovia, the revolutionaries attack the Security Police headquarters, hoping to find files revealing the fate of The White Clown's missing wife Magda. Snake-Eyes rushes past The White Clown and Orlovsky the Dwarf to get into the building, where he begins ransacking files.
Metz arrives and orders the police taken downstairs to be shot. The White Clown objects, but Metz leaves, threatening him. Orlovsky finds the file they need just as Snake-Eyes finds his. As they exit the building, a young girl pleads with Snake-Eyes for help in saving her father, who has been wrongly accused and is facing execution. Snake-Eyes ignores her and gets into Metz's car, leaving the girl crying in the street. Orlovsky and The White Clown realize that Snake-Eyes has truly changed.
Metz is unconcerned that his car has been stolen and asks his followers to find him a limo. A man in a trenchcoat and large hat approaches Metz to warn him about his "hero." He introduces himself as Major Bludd and suggests they make an agreement that benefits them both. Meanwhile, in Sierra Gordo, the team of Joes, Oktober Guards and Tucaros discovers that the jungle has been replaced by a barren wasteland of stumps.
