Owner's Description
What a wonderful cover! Adams drew Barbara Gordon (aka Batgirl) like no artist had ever drawn her. I mean wow, WOW! Ok, I was a youngster when I purchased this book and had been noticing all the "Batgirls" around me at school for quite some time, so when I laid my eyes on this cover I just had to get my own "Batgirl." Thus, did Beatrice (I forgot her surname) and her "Dangerous Curves" tee-shirt come into my grammar school life. Wait, that's a story for another time. Back to the focus of this description.
If this cover is not breathtaking, than I posit that no cover is. Despite its simple layout it conveys so much; the gentleman's shaking hand as he points to Barbara Gordon, the look of utter dismay on Batgirl's face.
As you may realize, this is one of the top covers in this run in my opinion. In fact, it is one of Adams' best covers bar none in, again, my opinion. Adams was at the top baby, the top!
