Garden State Comic Fest Summer 2025:
John Mungiello is a High School art teacher in New Jersey who started doing some local conventions. He is on instagram where I first saw his posts. He was going to be at Zapp Con 2025 so after talking to him online I brought the blank to the show. Originally, I had hoped to have Scooby scared by his version of Frankenstein as his show banner had a pretty cool cartoony version.
This was his first sketch cover commission though and saw some of my previous posts so he shared that he wanted to up his game! He threw in the background and back cover which I was by no means expecting. He apologized for spelling Barbara wrong and offered to try and fix but I was fine with how it was. I picked it up at Garden State Comic Fest Summer 2025 with a witness from Agents of Slabs.
