Another story by Roy Thomas in which he asks "What If The Hulk Had the Brain of Bruce Banner?" The Gargoyle makes an appearance here and rather than becoming a Rampaging Hulk, Banner instead befriends the villain. And Hulk encounters his long time nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross, who also has quite a different reaction to the intelligent Hulk.
