This signature series set is dedicated to an old commission by JR from a spoof on Showcase for the front and he added a Scooby for me on the back.
Around 2015, this sketch cover came up for sale by an artist that went by JR on eBay. Pretty sure my winning bid was somewhere around the price of under 10 dollars. That being said, he emailed me prior to shipping saying the back cover was still blank and he would draw my favorite superhero. I explained that Scooby was my hero so he threw in a spoof of Scooby interacting with Ant-Man.
Flash forward to 2026 and I knew JSA could never identify a small independent artist by JR, so I had Alpha Omega facilitate Scott Innes signing the back so I could get the book someway to a yellow label.
