Owner's Description

Here's a cover I always loved, and it's obviously a milestone issue. No copies existed on the census, so I bought the best raw copy I could find and sent it in to be slabbed. It only came back as a 9.4, so I continued to look for a 9.8. It took a couple of years, but I finally found one!
