TIME AND TIME AGAIN is one of my favorite Superman stories from my childhood. The story was collected in TPB in 1994 to coincide with DC's ZERO HOUR crossover. There are some fantastic Action Comics covers from the early '90s and this cover tops them all! This particular issue takes Superman to the 1940s where he saves President Franklin Delano Roosevelt from a Nazi assassination attempt.
