Owner's Description

CGC 9.8 (WHITE PAGES).

Is this the first ever appearance of The Goon? Issues have come up on the CGC message boards asking this same question. This issue came on on 6/1998, having on the cover a picture of the Goon and a couple pages in book from issue number 1 (Avatar) which came out 8 month later.
