HYDRA and IMA try to defend Maggia's band without success. The super heroes win the confrontation and Hulk gets to keep the money. Tony Stark agrees to assist Bruce Banner in locating his wife, Betty, and their child. Upon discovering Betty's whereabouts and that she had miscarried the child, Stark intentionally fails to share this information with Banner. This story was continued from Iron-Man #247.
