Owner's Description
Secret of the Three Super Weapons features a guest appearance by Kid Flash, who first dons his yellow top. This is one of three 9.4s in the census with none higher. I have no explanation as to why there are no higher graded books, but I believe this is the last issue where a 9.4 tops the census.
We acquired our book in the 12/10/2010 CL auction. At the time, there were just two 9.4s in the census-not as bad inflation as elsewhere in this run.
2023 Update: There is now a 9.6 in the Census, which is not too surprising as 9.4 was a low grade for highest graded in the Census for a 1963 book.
