Classic Governor cover. Made To Suffer 1 of 6. 10/2007. The Governor is found in his apartment. He tells Gabe and Bruce to find the local drunk, Bob Stookey, for it is revealed he was a medic. A week later the Governor is getting better, Cooper comes in to tell The Governor Martinez was found in Walking form in a field. The Governor sets a plan to kill the prison survivors (worse than the Dead!!!) He gets the group riled up in a couple of lies saying the prison group killed Martinez and Dr. Stevens and are ready to assault the prison. The Governor pulls out Penny's teeth and proceeds to kiss her...this guy is Messed up. They find out more of their group is dead because of when the Group came to the store and shot them. This irritates the Governor even further. The Governor wants Every prison member dead...then we end up where issue 42 left us...the tank at the prison
