Owner's Description
A key issue. First appearance of Father Gabriel Stokes and death of Billy and Ben, introduction to the great book CHEW. Fear The Hunters prelude. 5/2009. On the road Andrea finds a van with keys in it and some mattresses. At night Rick is on watch and pulls out his phone to talk with "Lori". Billy and Ben are in the woods taking leaks (so they said). Andrea goes after them to find Ben had murdered Billy with a knife. Ben said he didn't hurt his brain and attempts to hug Andrea. They bury Billy and wonder what they should do about Ben. There is much discussion on the topic (I prefer Abrahams). Suddenly a Priest shows up and wishes to talk about The Lord. The preacher identifies himself as Fr. Gabriel Stokes. He is hungry so they show him the rations and told them he has been kept up in a nearby church. At night there is more discussions about Ben and Rick hears a gunshot. Someone killed Ben (I think it was Abraham). They erect another cross and grave sight next to Billy for Ben (I would have liked this to gone into a deeper resonance by finding out why he killed his own twin brother. Dale suspects Carl killed Ben but we will find out....Abraham says they should leave and when they do, two survivors are hiding in the woods and talk about what they should do to the group. One informs the other they they will follow them.
