Synopsis: "New World Orders, Part 4"
As the mobile Madbombs rampage throughout Manhattan, Falcon and Diamondback try to evacuate as many civillians as they can.
Meanwhile, Captain America's strike team continues their battle against the Discordians above Hydra Island. Taking a jetpack, Cap infiltrates the island and encounters Bravo and the Hydra Queen.
At the Hydra satellite, Sharon and Baron Zemo continue their fight. Although Hydra soldiers try to intervene, Zemo forbids them from doing so, saying that he will fight with honor. Suddenly, Dugan enters the fray and the two S.H.I.E.L.D. agents subdue Zemo. As the Hydra soldiers prepare to shoot them, Dugan convinces them to leave, as he has just planted explosives across the station. Taking Zemo with then, Sharon and Dugan escape. With the satellite destroyed, the Madbombs deactivate.
During their brawl, Cap berates Bravo for inducing insanity on the American people just so that they can believe his twisted ideals. As Cap gains the upper hand, the Queen realizes the Madbombs have shut down. She pulls out a gun and tries to shoot Cap, but he deflects the shots with his shield. However, a stray bullet hits Bravo, killing him. Cap knocks the Queen out with his shield, hurling her towards her computer screens and knocking her out. The crisis has ended.
Later, at Brooklyn, Steve, Sharon, Sam and Rachel are having dinner at his apartment to celebrate their victory. As soon as Sam and Rachel leave, Steve and Sharon share a kiss, beginning to mend their relationship.
Meanwhile at an undisclosed location, a doctor is checking on the comatose Hydra Queen. When no one else is looking, the doctor kneels before the Queen, saying that he will do as she says, as long as she wakes up.
