Signed by Larry Hama - In issue 5 the Joe’s are showing off the MOBAT (M.O.B.A.T. - MOtorized BAttle Tank) in a parade in NYC. But the Springfield Marching Band (Cobra in disguise) attacks the tank in order to steal it. The town of Springfield begins a long history of ties with the Cobra organization.
